Custom Built Haas Machine Enclosure

This featured Haas machine enclosure, composed of steel, aluminum, and UHMW, was engineered and manufactured by Arnold Machine. Using laser and CNC milling cutting methods, as well as CNC press braking, welding, and mechanical assembly, we built the enclosure and included a bolt-on installation feature. We applied material thickness with powder coating, and custom crated the machine enclosure for delivery. The enclosure measured 8' tall, 5' wide, and 4' high, and was delivered in 6 weeks.
