Custom CNC Prototype Mold Tooling Components

Made from aluminum, these prototype mold tooling components were designed, built, and assembled by Arnold Machine. Beginning with a drawing from our client, we engineered the design using SolidEdge, and then manufactured the prototypes using mechanical engineering, CNC milling and turning, and mechanical assembly. As a special feature, we included interchangeable blocks for various models. Weighing 400 lbs and measuring 2' long by 2' wide, by 16" tall, each component was plated, powder coated, or painted, depending on the exact specifications. The delivery time was 12 weeks.
