Three models are available:

600 lb. – Intended for Indy Car, Champ Car, Formula Mazda, Formula BMW, IMSA Lites, etc.

1,000 lb. – Intended for LMP1, LMP2, GT1, GT2, Touring, Daytona Prototype, Rolex GT, KONI Challenge, World Challenge, etc.

1,500 lb. – Intended for NASCAR Nextel Cup, Busch, Craftsman, Truck, ARCA, Hooters Pro Cup, etc.

Each size is available in 18” or 24” lift height, and operate on 80PSI compressed air or nitrogen.

The lifts are designed to raise the car at the wheels, either in pairs or a set of four.  GT or Nextel Cup cars with short or higher overhangs will typically lift in pairs raising the front then the back.  Prototype and open wheel cars with lower or longer overhangs will typically use four lifts raising the entire car at one time.

The lift is not intended to hold the car up for service to the underside and high stands are required.

Precision Index Conveyors

Integration
The compact, modular design of the conveyor is easily adapted into  inline process applications.

Tooling
Aluminum tooling plate links have standard tapped and dowel holes.  Custom hole patterns and tooling is available.

Auxiliary Operations
Heavy duty steel side plates are well suited for mounting auxiliary  tooling and components. Custom hole patterns may be added at manufacture.

Inline Processing
The inline concept allows part loading at several stations and  automatic cycling vs. one station per cycle in a round index table layout.

Speed & Accuracy
With index accuracy of 0.003” throughout the unit, repeatable assembly  operations are easily completed. Index times are 1-3 seconds depending on link  size.

Custom Configurations
Custom  configurations are also available. This is an example of a triple chain,  independent index unit.

Carousel and  elevated operation is also possible.

Controls and  integration are also available.

Features
Each unit is shipped with an assembly drawing and detailed bill of  materials. All commercial components are standard items available locally or  through Arnold Machine Inc. AMI manufactured components are available by part  number from AMI.

2D CAD drawings or 3D solid models are available by email or on CD.
