Wrinkle Relieving Infrared Seat Oven

This pass through system of ovens was designed and built by Arnold Machine Inc. to relax the leather of automotive seats without stopping the production line. Arnold Machine Inc. used infrared heating elements to heat the seat trim as they passed through the oven, relaxing and removing the manufacturing wrinkles from seat covers. When the car seat passes through the oven, the infrared lamps are turned on dewrinkling the seat covers. As the seat passes through the oven, sensors detect presence, speed, and temperature and automatically cycle the heating elements to the programmed heating recipe. Recipes are called up by the in plant system according to assembly order.  The oven system is designed for four assembly lines; right and left front row seats and 40% and 60% second row seats.
