Vertical Stress Relieving Oven Components

Arnold Machine designed the mechanical aspects and controls for this featured vertical stress relieving oven, then went on to build, test, and install it. Manufacturing the oven involved a variety of applied processes, from mechanical and controls engineering to welding, CNC milling and turning, and mechanical assembly. We then conducted electrical wiring and PLC programming, as well as black oxide powder coating and high temperature paint application. Weighing 8,500 lbs and measuring 15' long, 10' wide, and 22' high, the gas-fired oven featured automated operations and an integrated paint system. The delivery time was 18 weeks.
